About the Role: In this hands-on, technical role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering major transport infrastructure projects. You will work closely with a growing and busy team of engineers in the Sydney office, contributing to complex, large-scale road design projects.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design of road and highway projects from start to finish.
- Use road design software to create detailed designs and deliverables.
- Make sure all designs meet client needs, industry standards, and project specs.
- Coordinate with other teams and disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers and help them develop creative design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to keep projects on track and delivered on time.
- Contribute to technical reviews and quality assurance processes.
