The opportunity for a Civil Engineer/PM to join as an Assistant Development Manager and utilise your current knowledge and skills in a role which will directly impact on the progression of sites going through the rezoning process.


The Position 

Requires a candidate with excellent communication both written and verbal to represent our client and move projects forwards. You will be driven and excited to join a busy and high functioning team. 
  • Supporting the development manager on all aspects of the development lifecycle, predominately in the rezoning and planning approvals phase  
  • Working closely with external consultants to effectively approach  development issues and propose suitable solutions
  • Liaising with councils, planning authorities and other stakeholders to ensure projects are progressing to time
